The Old Chatham community is a part of the vibrant Reston, Virginia area. Our community consists of 36 beautiful, professionally managed single-family homes in the style of traditional Cape Cod architecture. We love being a part of the Reston community and enjoy all that Reston has to offer including shopping, great restaurants, miles of trails, festivals, pools, tennis courts and so much more.

It is suggested all residents review the OCCA Resident Responsibilities Guide which was written (inside the Cluster Documents folder to the right) as an abbreviated document to familiarize all residents with OCCA rules as well as some Reston RA regulations.
We have included a pet directory for those residents/members who would like to include their dogs/cats so other residents will know your pets. This could help them return home sooner if any of our four-legged friends should run away or escape from a yard.
We are also soliciting for new members for the following committees:

Please send an email to your OCCA Board of Directors at ([email protected]) if you are interested and please advise which committee you would like to serve on. Without resident participation in committees AND serving as Board officers, our dues will continue to rise to pay for management and legal fees. Board Officers should rotate among residents, no resident should shoulder the burden year after year. Please step up to serve!
Our property management company is CSM (Clark Simson Miller). Their contact info is: Clark Simson Miller PO Box 26941 Charlotte, NC 28221 Phone 865-315-7505 email: [email protected]
Our PM company is strictly for the financial management of our community. This includes billing, collection of dues payments, handling association invoices from vendors, providing admin support to the OCCA board, and working with the board to help meet association needs in regards to short and long term financial obligations. Other concerns such as community issues, upkeep of common area, rules violations, and additional concerns will be handled by the OCCA Board and committees. Please direct any concerns and/or comments about our community to the OCCA board at [email protected]
Thank you and enjoy the website!
